Fabricast 1.50 inch bore self-contained slip rings are designed for rotary systems that require greater internal routing capacity while maintaining a compact, integrated assembly. The enlarged bore provides additional space for shafts, wiring, or fluid lines, while the self-contained rotor and brush structure preserves fixed electrical alignment within the housing. This configuration supports stable power and signal transfer in more mid-size applications without introducing the complexity of larger slip ring designs.

Design & Construction
Fabricast Self-Contained 1.50 inch bore slip rings are developed for rotating assemblies that require expanded internal space while maintaining a contained, factory-aligned electrical system. The electrical path is formed using coin silver rings working against silver graphite contact elements, supporting consistent current flow during continuous rotation.
The enclosed housing supports fixed internal geometry and electrical spacing, reducing sensitivity to installation variables in larger assemblies. By integrating the rotor, brush system, and insulation into a single unit, this design accommodates increased rotational mass and routing complexity while maintaining controlled internal contact conditions.
